Please send scheduling concerns or requests directly to Alicia through the patient portal, by calling, or sending a text message to 918.268.9578. Your provider is not able to help with scheduling concerns.

Kindly remember to schedule your next visit directly after your last visit to prevent lapse in care and the inability to get an appointment in a timely manner.

Patient Portal Communication

Most clinical questions and concerns should be addressed during an office visit. Please reserve the portal for time sensitive and urgent concerns only.

Refill Requests

Refill requests are best managed during your appointment. If you are taking a scheduled medication that must be refilled between appointments, please ensure that your next appointment is scheduled prior to making a refill request. Refills will not be sent in for patients who do not have an upcoming scheduled appointment for continued care.

To prevent running out of medication, please allow up to 48 hours for your provider to address the prescription request.
