Lyndsey Jones, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Lyndsey is a native of Oklahoma and has worked in the field of Psychiatry for over a decade.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2011.
She earned a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2016. She is nationally certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
Her career first began in the operating room as a circulating nurse, however, mental health has always been her passion. When the opportunity arose to transition from surgery to psychiatry, she was eager to follow this dream.
Her time in psychiatric health care includes both inpatient and outpatient care experience. She spent 5 years at Integris Mental Health treating children ranging in age from 4 to 12 in both the acute and residential care settings. After transitioning to the outpatient psychiatric care, she treated patients across the lifespan, from children to the geriatric population.
During her free time, she loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading, traveling and being outdoors.
