Attendance Policy
ATTENDANCE POLICY: With more than a 24-hour notice, our office will try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice, your credit card will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment*.

We will try to reschedule your session as quickly as possible (your next appointment will be billed at the regular fee). Insurance companies do not cover charges for missed appointments, so the patient must fully assume that financial responsibility. Failure to cancel an appointment with at least a 24-hour notice, or no-showing an appointment 2 times in a 12-month period will be grounds for dismissal from the practice. If you are more than 7 minutes late for a 20 minute follow up appointment or more than 10 minutes late for a new patient appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment to stay on time for the next patient.
*Fee does not apply to government sponsored health insurance plans such as Oklahoma Medicaid or SoonerSelect plans.
Same day Rescheduling of a missed or late canceled (less than 24-hour notice) appointment
Based on provider availability, if a missed or late canceled appointment can be rescheduled for the same day, the no-show/late cancellation fee will be waived. You must contact our office directly at 918.268.9578 to inquire about available rescheduling options.
