We are pleased to welcome Maiuri Ranchhod as our Practice Operations Manager, supporting the continued development of our systems, workflows, and patient experience.

Maiuri brings nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience across clinical operations, analytics, and program development. She has led multi-site healthcare teams and helped organizations build more thoughtful, efficient systems that better support both patients and clinicians.

Her background, including medical training at the Medical University of Lublin and dual degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Emory University—gives her a unique ability to connect the clinical, operational, and data-driven sides of care.

In her role, Maiuri will help strengthen operations across the practice, from front-end patient experience to back-end systems and workflows, so our providers can stay focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality psychiatric care.

We are excited to have her on the team as we continue to grow in a way that remains aligned with our values, thoughtful, patient-centered, and grounded in doing things the right way.
