If you are adding vitals, supplements, labs, etc to your patient portal record, your provider will be unable to see them until they are shared by you. The instructions below walk you though how to share data from your patient portal account.
1. Log into PHR > Top Blue Ribbon click “Share Sections”
2. Share records with practice window opens > Click Share button
3. Share Records with Practice window opens, in the to field type Tulsa Family Psychiatry to select our practice. Toggle on the all sections you would like to share to our practice. After making your selection, click the save button (Vitals are under Wellness).
