Scott Fisher, MHA, CEO

Scott Fisher is the CEO and co-founder of Tulsa Family Psychiatry & Wellness, Inc. With nearly twenty years of healthcare experience, he has worked in academic medical center clinical laboratories in California, including a Level I trauma center, a multi-site Oklahoma-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and private specialty practices across Oklahoma. His background spans functional and internal medicine, orthopedics, and pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Scott is passionate about driving meaningful change as he continues to grow Tulsa Family Psychiatry & Wellness and expand access to outpatient psychiatric care.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of California Riverside and California State University San Bernardino. In the fall of 2019, he completed an Master of Science in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration at Oklahoma State University – Center for Health Sciences.

Before entering healthcare, Scott studied graphic design and worked for a San Diego–based internet startup during the late dot-com boom, where he co-developed a SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) designed to help companies streamline employee lifecycle management.

Scott previously served as President of the Eastern Oklahoma chapter of the Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association (OKMGMA) and was President-Elect of the Oklahoma MGMA State Chapter in 2021.

In his free time, he enjoys cycling, concrete design, woodworking, puns, and cooking. He and his wife have a son and daughter, along with three dogs.
