In order to participate in a telemed visit you must have:
  • A stable internet connection
  • A compatible smart phone, tablet, or computer

Please scroll to the bottom of this post or visit our home page at ( to test audio/visual compatibility of your equipment whether that be a smartphone, tablet, desktop, or laptop computer. (You will be asked for permission to use your camera and microphone. You must grant permission for to work properly). If compatibility is good, you will see a sample video of yourself and audio of yourself. At the end of the test you will see your test results which will look like the image below.

We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. If your system is not compatible we can make alternate arrangements.

After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to Your appointment reminder message will also contain this link.
